What Happens After Deletion

Here's a timeline of what to expect once your request is processed.

Immediate
  • Your account is deactivated and you cannot log in
  • Your personal information is deleted from our systems
  • Your chat history and messages are deleted
  • Your appointments are cancelled automatically
Within 30 Days
  • All associated data is permanently deleted from backups
  • Deletion is irreversible
Legal Retention (7 yrs)
  • Therapy notes may be retained per legal requirements
  • But your account access is completely removed
  • You cannot retrieve this data after deletion

This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you have active appointments or subscriptions, please cancel them before requesting deletion. Consider contacting support if you only want to take a break — we can temporarily deactivate your account instead.
